Social Media Management Application
Scope
This section applies to KINGFURT Social Media Management, our social media management application used to prepare and manage content for KINGFURT's social media accounts.
Current development status
The application is currently a local development framework supporting draft creation, storage, validation and publishing simulations. Social account authorization and live publishing are not yet enabled. We will update this notice as integrations and data processing practices change.
Information processed
The application processes content provided by its users, including draft text, titles, selected media file references and operational records.
When a social platform integration is enabled and you authorize it, the application may also process the account or Page identifiers, authorization tokens, publishing content and publishing results needed to provide the authorized functions. The information accessed depends on the permissions you grant and the features you use.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare and manage drafts, validate content, perform authorized publishing functions when available, display publishing results and troubleshoot operational problems.
Storage and third-party processing
The current application stores configuration, drafts and operational records on the computer running the application. Selected media files are also managed locally.
When publishing is enabled, content and the necessary authorization information will be transmitted to the relevant social platform to carry out the requested action.
If the application is used with Codex, ChatGPT or another AI service, content submitted to or retrieved through that service may also be processed by that provider under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored drafts and operational records remain until deleted by the application operator. When account connections are implemented, authorization information will be retained only while needed to maintain the authorized connection or provide the requested functions.
You may request deletion of information held by this application by emailing service@kingfurt.com, identifying KINGFURT Social Media Management and the relevant account or Page. We may request limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
Deleting information from this application does not automatically delete content already published on a social platform. Published content must be managed through that platform or an available authorized deletion function.
Contact
For questions about this application's privacy practices or to request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact service@kingfurt.com.
