To request deletion of information stored by KINGFURT Social Media Management, email service@kingfurt.com with the subject 'KINGFURT Social Media Management Data Deletion Request.'
Please include:
- The relevant social platform.
- Your account username or Page name.
- A description of the information you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or payment information.
We will review your request, verify your authority where necessary and delete the applicable information held by the application. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retaining it.
If you have connected the application to Facebook or Instagram, you can also revoke its access through the relevant platform's app, website or business integration settings. Revoking access does not itself delete previously stored application data.
Deleting application data does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or other platforms. Please manage those posts through the relevant platform.
The application is currently in development, and social account authorization is not yet enabled.
