Using the store

Images may show a setting or optional accessories; the listing and selected variant identify what is included. If information is unclear or inconsistent, contact us before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your right to receive goods matching their description.

Prices, currency and charges

The store's base currency is USD. The currency, item total, applicable shipping and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Review the final amount before submitting your order. Your payment provider may apply its own fees. Any additional import charges must be disclosed under the Shipping Policy for the destination.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is confirmed when a shipping confirmation is sent, unless applicable law or an express checkout statement requires otherwise. If an item cannot be supplied, a payment cannot be authorized or a material error affects an order, we will contact you and return any payment for goods we cannot supply. Errors do not permit an arbitrary change to a paid order without notice and an appropriate remedy.

Delivery

Shipping eligibility, origin, handling and estimated transit information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery obligations and any remedy for delay remain subject to applicable law. If an order has not arrived, contact us so it can be investigated.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy describes return eligibility, time limits, costs and refund processing. Contact us promptly about an order change or cancellation. Mandatory cancellation and faulty-goods rights take precedence over conflicting terms.

Safe use and compatibility

Read the supplied instructions and warnings. Use tools, blades, batteries, chargers, electrical products and deterrents only as intended and with compatible components. Stop using any item that appears damaged or unsafe. Our Product Safety & Care page provides general guidance; it does not replace the manufacturer's model-specific instructions.

Warranty and product issues

Any expressly stated commercial warranty is separate from mandatory consumer rights. We do not represent every product as carrying the same manufacturer warranty. See Warranty & Product Support and contact us about a fault.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The privacy notice governs the information-processing matters it describes.

Content and external services

Store text, images and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access does not grant a right to copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission. Third-party services and links may have their own terms, without limiting our obligations to you as the seller.

Responsibility and consumer protection

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning unsafe, faulty or misdescribed goods. Any limitation permitted by law is applied only to the extent that law permits. We do not require consumers to waive mandatory protections merely by using the store.

Law and disputes

Updates to these terms apply prospectively as permitted by law. The terms applicable when an order is placed govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
