Choose an accessory for the exact model. Similar-looking connectors, matching voltage or a description such as “universal” do not establish compatibility.
Before you order
- Find the model number on the tool and, where relevant, on the current battery, charger or accessory.
- Read the listing and selected variant for the supported models, dimensions and supplied components.
- Compare the model-specific requirements with the manual. Contact us before ordering if a match is unclear.
Batteries & chargers
Does the same voltage mean it will fit?
No. Connector design, battery management, charging requirements and approved model compatibility also matter. Use only a battery and charger approved for the exact tool.
Is a battery included with every tool?
Check the listing and selected bundle. A tool-only listing does not include a battery or charger unless the package contents expressly say otherwise.
Cutting parts & attachments
How do I choose a replacement chain or blade?
Use the exact model requirements in the manual and listing. Chain pitch, gauge, drive-link count, bar specification, blade dimensions and mounting details can vary. Do not rely on a single overall measurement.
Can I adapt a part to make it fit?
Do not modify a guard, connector, mounting point or safety device. Ask for the correct part rather than altering a tool to accept an incompatible component.
Ask us to check
Send the product link, model number and clear photos of the model label and existing part by email where useful. Remove personal information from images. Do not dismantle or power a damaged item to obtain a photo.
